REFUND POLICY

As all the items we sell are perishable goods, we do not accept returns. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately and send us photos if any item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can remedy the situation. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at support@nutrinest.ca and we will make it right! We value your feedback and appreciate any thoughts on how we are doing. We must receive a minimum of 48 hours notice from the time your order leaves our facility that you are cancelling. Once a meal or order has been prepared, in transit, or delivered, there will be no refunds. If an order is canceled before the meals have been prepared, a refund can be arranged. We try our best to be as accommodating as possible, but to provide the freshest food, we buy our ingredients and cook everything to order. By placing an order with Nutrinest, you agree to this refund policy.
