If I live in a condominium tower, how will my order be delivered?
We deliver your order right to your doorstep. It doesnot matter on which floor of the building you live in your package will be outside your door. Exceptions can be made in some cases.
Do I need to be home to receive a delivery?
No, you don’t need to be at home. We will deliver it to your front door. Be assured that your meals will remain fresh in our heavy insulated bags equipped with ice packs up to 20 hours.
Do your meals stay fresh during transport?
Of course! Our bags are specially designed for this type of delivery, and they will keep your meals fresh until the moment you pick them up.
They are equipped with insulation and contain ice packs designed to withstand many hours and temperature. However, we recommend that you put the meals directly in the refrigerator after you pick them up.
